Check in via WhatsApp is absurd!!! What if you don't have the app or the proper device? Communication chaos ensues when you need assistance. Shared bathrooms could be fresher!!! Only two cars in private parking makes for stressful parking hunts!!!

Hime Lodge offers a unique experience with its garden furniture and shared kitchen that allows you to prepare your meals. I enjoyed the quiet terrace area for relaxing. The wifi worked perfectly in my room, a big plus when needing to stay connected. However, the check-in process through WhatsApp was frustrating. If you don’t have the app, getting assistance can become a challenge. The shared bathroom needed more regular cleaning, especially after two nights. Parking outside was limited, making it difficult, given the residential area. Overall, the charm of the lodge and helpfulness of the hostess made my stay enjoyable, but improvements in communication and cleanliness would be beneficial.

Hime Lodge is a charming green oasis close to Papeete's markets. The host, Vanessa, was incredibly warm and helpful, providing great local tips. I appreciated the clean kitchen that allowed me to prepare my own meals, enhancing my stay.

Great spot with awesome vibes!

This place is all about the chill. The kitchen was super clean and had a picnic area outside, which was perfect for eating on the go. Vanessa really goes out of her way to help you enjoy your stay. The only thing is the shared bathrooms could use a bit more attention sometimes.
